Work or school device? Some organisations restrict installing web apps or running offline features. If the install steps don't appear or fail, check with your IT administrator — they may need to allow Backline on this device.
Offline access needs sign-in. Installing Backline adds it to your device, but your shows and data are only available offline once you've signed in and let the app finish syncing. Sign in while online, then your work stays available without a connection.
